RIICO Bhiwadi Unit
Situated on a sprawling 2000 square meters, our RIICO Bhiwadi unit is equipped with advanced machinery and cutting-edge technology. This facility is designed to handle a diverse range of projects with precision and excellence. The strategic location in Bhiwadi allows us to serve our clients efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and superior quality.
Kaharani Unit
Our larger unit, located in Kaharani, spans 6000 square meters. This facility boasts extensive capabilities and high-capacity production lines, enabling us to undertake large-scale projects with ease. The Kaharani unit is a hub of innovation and efficiency, housing the latest in glass manufacturing technology. Here, we focus on producing high-quality, customized glass solutions that meet the specific needs of our clients.

LEADING- EDGE TECHNOLOGY
Infrastructure Highlights
Equipped with essential machinery, our facilities include a PVB lamination line, three double insulating lines with automatic sealant robots, advanced tempering plants, and state-of-the-art jumbo CNC cutting machines. Material handling is facilitated by an EOT crane and an automatic sheet loader for cutting.
Capacity Overview
Our production capacity includes 600,000 sqft of tempering, 120,000 sqft of DGU, heat soak capabilities, European jumbo cutting line, and lamination of 50,000 sqft.
